DZ Delivery Driver

This position requires a DZ Class License, a minimum of 3 years driving experience and a clean drivers abstract. Before applying, please note that we may require letter of experience, for insurance purposes.

We are looking for a DZ Delivery Driver to deliver Pet Food and Pet Supplies to our various customers across Southern Ontario, as well as Ottawa and the GTA. As such, our ideal candidate has customer service experience, as you'll be interacting with our customers while delivering their orders.

The position is Monday to Friday, day shift. Start time could be as early as 7am and end time will vary based on delivery route.

This position will be a good fit for you, if you:
- enjoy driving and have prior success as a delivery driver
- have the ability to lift up to 50lbs 
- are customer-service focused and have excellent communication skills

Sales Manager

We are hiring a talented Sales Manager to lead our small but mighty team. If you're a hard-working, driven individual with excellent sales and leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities for Sales Manager

• Familiar with, and comfortable traveling within Ontario as well as to the office, as needed
•  Attend industry trade shows, including occasional internationally held events
• Manage and motivate a team of 2 Territory Managers and 1 Inside Sales Representative
• Recruit, hire and train new sales team members as we continue to grow
• Create and communicate sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify and implement opportunities for improvement
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback on a regular basis
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
• Comfortable with holding virtual coaching meetings and touch-points, as you may not always be physically with the sales team

Qualifications for Sales Manager

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A valid drivers license
• Ability to motivate and facilitate a positive team atmosphere
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems/programs

Warehouse Associate 

We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team! 

In this role, your time will be spent picking and receiving orders on site in the warehouse. As such, our ideal candidate has warehouse experience, but this is not a requirement.

This position will be a good fit for you, if you:

- enjoy variety in your shifts, as daily duties may change from day to day
- have the ability to lift up to 50lbs
- have prior success working as apart of a team
- have excellent communication skills

This role is Monday to Friday, day shift.
